We currently offer standard shipping, which typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Are there any international shipping restrictions?

What is the return policy for products and apparel?

Refunds
If you're unsatisfied with an order placed through The Curl Factor,  you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply email us at contactus@thecurlfactorproducts.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief explanation of your refund request. Most requests will be honored per our guidelines below. 

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or damaged products.

Merchandise Returns
For clothing and accessories, items must be unworn, free of stains, and returned in the original plastic packaging.

Returns on Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your request, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund within 48 hours. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days once confirmed. Please contact your bank or credit card company for status updates, as it may take time for the refund to appear.

How can customers cancel an order or check order status?

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, as we process and fulfill orders quickly. Provide your order number, and we'll assist you with the cancellation or status inquiry.
